By accessing or using the Farewell Famous Abaya website, booking an appointment, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Services

Farewell Famous Abaya offers handcrafted abayas, made-to-measure services, and in-store shopping at our boutique in Ajman, UAE. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. For made-to-measure orders, a deposit may be required before work begins.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Fitting appointments can be booked via WhatsApp or phone. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of deposit or refusal of future appointments.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final. Made-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged. Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Farewell Famous Abaya and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Farewell Famous Abaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
